You will be an intermediary between real estate developers and buyers, market high value properties to potential buyers and investors.
Qualification :
Graduate. Added qualifications in Real Estate will be a bonus.

Job Responsibilities:
Providing sales support to Developers at Kolkata site office
Catering to the overall sales process and coordinating with walk-ins and leads at site office
Attending to each and every property buyer and help with pre-sales such as explaining project details, showing sample flat, filling up client forms, following up, daily reports etc
Attending to post sales such as registration of documents, bank loan processes etc.
Managing channel partner / sub-broker database of Kolkata area and attending to all channel partner queries
